The company is structured into four market facing divisions, and each division is headed by a Director as follows:-

1. Private Sector Project Management Services - Barry McAllister
   This Division is headed by Barry McAllister and concentrates on negotiated work for Private Sector Clients involved in retail, commercial and mixed-use schemes throughout the UK.
2. PFI/PPP Services - Jim Kinnear
   This division is headed by Jim Kinnear, a construction Manager with many years experience of major projects in the healthcare and education fields. ACG are preferred suppliers to one of the UK's leading PFI/PPP consortium who are currently working on over £300m of new projects throughout the UK.
3. Building Consultancy - HC Ross MacAnespie
   This division as headed by Ross MacAnespie. With over 20 years of experience, Ross has built up on extensive breadth and depth of the full range of instructions typically associated with Building Surveying and small Project Management Commissions. This can range from single survey and small refurbishment projects to major portfolio acquisitions and monitoring of large development projects.
