- This project comprises of the provision of state-of-the-art office space at a premium site in Glasgow City Centre.

As Project Managers we are currently providing Construction Management Services to HF Developments. The project is currently under construction to redevelop behind the retained facades of the GPO Building to from new office floorspace including erection of a 4-storey rooftop extension, alteration to ground level elevations and formation of basement car parking.

The development will provide 127,000 sq ft of flexible office space across nine floors. The roof will house a 2,000 sq ft executive suite which will provide the most exclusive and unique office accommodation available.
