Situated directly opposite the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff this development comprises the formation of a purpose built multi storey office development to replace the existing adjacent Western Mail & Echo offices. The project includes the migration of staff from original 1960's office building. Adams Consulting Group will also supervise the demolition of the existing building and the preparation of the former HQ site for disposal to developers.

The office development is built to specific client requirements and is formed over 6 floors with a combined total floor area of 65,877 sq ft net internal area with 21 dedicated car parking spaces formed at ground floor level to provide Wales Media with a modern Regional HQ.
