As Employer's Agent, we provided technical support services to the Consortium led by the Canmore Partnership.

The Project comprised the construction of a 30,000sqm Ambulatory Care & Diagnostic Hospital. The facility provides, for an anticipated 400,000 patients per annum, medical and surgical services from state of the art imaging suites, advanced Day Surgery theatres, modern Consulting rooms, airy waiting areas and secure parking. This state of the art facility serving the north of Glasgow achieves its objective to create an attractive and welcoming environment which totally transforms the patient experience.

The Stobhill Hospital has received the Best Healthcare Award at the Glasgow Institute of Architects Awards, the Best Hospital Award at the Building Better Healthcare Awards and received the Grand Prix at the Roses Awards for the Best Building outside of London.

Plans to extend the facility at Stobhill to incorporate a 60 Bed ward unit (£16 million) are well advanced and it is anticipated that Financial Close will be achieved in December 2009.
