Hillington Business Park proposed office development

2009 saw continued organic growth across all three of Adams Consulting Group's core areas of the business.

Our Building Surveying Division completed a wide range of projects around the country. Notable highlights include a variety of Consultancy instructions including office fit out projects, dilapidations and Property Management schemes at Skypark in Glasgow, together with project monitoring on £370m development work for HBOS.

Building Surveying saw continued involvement at Orchard Brae House in Edinburgh comprising 105,000sqft of commercial office space for Paradigm Real Estate Managers for dilapidations advice, fit outs and upgrading of the common areas. We also provided Consultancy advice over the course of the year to Kwik Fit Ltd, Trinity Mirros Group PLC, GE Caledonian Ltd, Parsons Brinckerhoff, MEPC and Montagu Evans.

Our PFI/PPP division completed two new Ambulatory Care and Diagnostic Centres at Stobhill and Victroia is Glasgow, totalling £210million.

Our Development/Project Management Division completed a new HQ in Cardiff for Trinity Mirror Group, completed a new School of Medicine for St Andrews University, and commenced an extension to the Beatson Cancer Institute in Glasgow.
