Skypark, Glasgow

In July 2008, Ross MacAnespie joined the Building Surveying Division of Adams Consulting Group as Managing Director. This appointment strengthens the management team of the company and adds to the experience of the department.

The following project highlights represent a successful year for the Building Surveying Division.

Project Monitoring services have been provided to HBoS for the projects at Bury (£350m), Feltham (£100m) and Thornaby (£19m). In all three projects the Developer was Thornfield.

Project Management of the fit out works for Trinity Mirror Group's new Regional Head Quarters for Media Wales. Overall project value was £8.6m.

Pre-acquisition, dilapidation and fit out services have been provided to Paradigm Real Estate Management following their previous acquisition of Orchard Brae House.

ACG have completed a significant number of fit out, repair, refurbishment and dilapidation services to Skypark Unit Trust over the past year. Skypark is now firmly established as a major player in the Glasgow office market. ACG have worked closely with the asset and property management teams at Skypark to assist this process.
