Barry McAllister

Director Project Management

Barry is a Chartered Surveyor with a first class honours degree in Quantity Surveying.

Barry has over ten years experience working in project management. He joined Capita Symonds in 1998 (formerly MPM Capita) and has worked with Scottish Enterprise Ayrshire, Inverclyde Council and Scottish Enterprise Renfrewshire, where he was involved in a number of master planning activities.

Barry joined Adams Consulting as an Associate, in May 2005 and was appointed a Director in June 2006

Barry has coordinated a number of major town centre redevelopment Master Plans including East Kilbride Town Centre.

Current projects include, tri-model distribution park at Grangemouth for Forth Ports (£100m), the co-ordination of roll-out programme at Hillington Park for clients MEPC (£17m) and the development of a new 100,000 sq ft office at Skypark.
